Not to mention, nobody seems to know that the offensive pass interference committed by Golden Tate should have ended the game as the penalty would have negated any gain by the offense. But the “real” refs blow that call all the time too…

In all this relentless discussion of the game’s final play and how the scab refs fucked things up, I didn’t hear one pundit, not a single damn one, bring up what a DB is SUPPOSED to do on Hail Mary plays like that.

But of course, ESPN was doing their best to get the real zebras back on the job.

Here’s hoping they scrutinize their return with the same fervor they did the replacements.
